Hobby Lobby — Local services in Minnetonka

This Minnetonka hobby lobby is a very nice store. I always find something reasonably priced and nice today I was looking for specifically for magnetic clasps for necklaces and bracelets. Only found two that didn’t look that nice and very disappointed in that as I make a lot of jewelry give us a lot of gifts. A lot of my people are either elderly or older or handicapped and I’m finding that they’re not offering. supplies that I need to make my items so that people can wear them. I myself have a finger amputated and Hermatite us and rheumatoid us and so I can’t do the little notches so I would suggest to maybe consider items you sell that are more usable to make things for handicapped and elder people I went to four different shops, two of them, hobby lobby, Michael’s and Walmart. I’m not finding any of these items available other than ordering online and not everybody likes to order online or don’t understand how they need to consider that from upper management lotta times your staff that’s working in your shops are getting slack from people because they aren’t at fault it’s upper management needs to consider all different stages of life. Extremely disappointed with hobby lobby Minnetonka! Our dog trainer has been recommending we try taking our dog to stores to practice her skills and she specifically recommended hobby lobby as a dog friendly store. So I looked it up online and sure enough it states it is dog friendly but also recommended you call the specific store to be sure. So this afternoon I called and asked and they said that yes indeed dogs are welcomed in their store. Later that evening we tried going into the store and were immediately met by an extremely unkind clerk. She yelled from her register and asked if I had to bring that dog in the store. I asked if it was allowed and stated that I called earlier and they said it was. She confirmed that indeed it was allowed however stated that it makes other customers uncomfortable. We then left very disappointed. If dogs are welcomed then all staff members need to be informed of this. If dogs are not welcomed then again all staff members need to be informed of this. So disappointed by the mixed messages and the manner in which the clerk had confronted me about this. We will not return to...
