I ordered 12 cookies- for my daughterās 30th birthday- on the Crumbl app from the Ridgehaven store. I paid to have them delivered and gave a tip to the delivery service that they use. They were never delivered!!! I was devastated!!!!! I called and talked to the store manager and she said this happens quite frequently!!!!! They found that the delivery service-that they hire-the drivers are taking the cookies!!!! The manager told me to contact this delivery service company to get my money back!!! I paid Crumbl to deliver!!! I asked for my money back or to have them delivered the next day (a bummer because I missed the surprise for her 30th birthday!!!). The manager insisted I contact this delivery company - the manager would not return my money or deliver the cookies the next day!!! Plus - I canāt get back my $10 voucher I earned!!!! I asked to talk to the franchise owner. She said she would have her call me. After multiple calls to tell the manager that the franchise owner never called me. I called my bank to stop payment- unfortunately, the payment has to go through - then I have to file a complaint and the bank security contacts Crumbl. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been to this location numerous times and it feels like every time Iāve had issues with the cookies and never said anything because I hate to be that person (workers are never friendly to begin with so itās not a very inviting environment). Until tonight, I said something about and oh boy, did the workers make sure I knew how much of an inconvenience it was.
I got the cheesecake and as Iām walking out I open the box and see that thereās one blob of topping on it. I go back, ask if I can get more since thatās how itās advertised, and the main person decorating the desserts started SLAMMING on the doors and equipment like a toddler throwing a tantrum while āfixingā it. The other 3 workers were just standing in a group mumbling to themselves. It was so unprofessional and just uncomfortable. He then proceeded to drown the cheesecake in the topping in what felt like a total āeff youā to me. The picture attached is what they gave me, where you can see the small light pink topping is literally all that was on there to begin with.
Iāve supported this location since they opened but I will never, ever buy from them again. Iād advise anyone to stay away until they can properly train...

The first time I was completely ignored waiting for service, so I walked out. Awhile later I thought Iād try it again- 2/6 cookies were sold out that I ordered on the app (app could have been updated & the other patron there said this kind of thing happens there a lot). Of the remaining cookies I bought, one of them was supposed to come with syrup but never got added into the box. The last time I went (9/27), I ordered 6 cookies on a Friday at 6pm. The doors were locked and said they were closing early (supposed to close at 10:30pm). I already paid. I knocked on the door. They told me I could come back in the morning or get a refund in 3-4 days. The worker gave me her managerās card and said to email them asking for a refund.
