Starbucks — Restaurant in Minnetonka

I was in yesterday and had ordered 2 of the same coffees and after having my coffees made I tasted them and they did not taste right either the espresso was old or the syrups were expired it did not taste right. The employee was amazing enough to remake my coffee and let me watch how many pumps of each syrup how much espresso and how the cold foam was made and it was made correctly and even after it being remade my drink still tasted absolutely horrid. My husband even complained of a stomach ache and nausea after drinking the beverage. I am very upset I visit Starbucks regularly and I am very aware of what my drink is supposed to taste like and...

The coffee here is usually good, but that's where the positives end. I've ordered several times from this store, and my order has never been accurate. The baristas are rude and generally don't seem to care, and the customer service is bad even when the store isn't busy. I've been incorrectly denied the opportunity to use Starbucks coupons/offers several times, with no apologies or friendliness after needing to point out in the app that I'm right. Go to a different Starbucks if you can, I won't be coming...

Honestly disgusted. I used the restroom first and one of the baristas was in there. She was on her phone as soon as she got out of the stall and didn’t wash her hands. We both headed to Starbucks and she didn’t wash her hands there either!!!! She put on her apron and started making drinks! I didn’t see a single person wash their hands while I was there.
