I used the email provided in their website. I explained that I was abroad and couldn’t make cell phone calls, but would be in town for a reunion in less than 9 weeks, and would love a variety of their services, from hair to eyebrows to a mani-pedi. I asked for a specific date and time. They ghosted me! I followed up 2 days later, again silence. I gave it a third and final shot, replied again in another 2 days, NO RESPONSE. Scheduled a pedicure in advance, day of the appointment I was asked to come in early (which I did). The classic pedicure is supposed to be 40 minutes - the actual pedicure portion was less than 15 mins. A walk-in came in about 10 minutes into my service and my technician was clearly rushing to accommodate this new guest. One of the worst pedicures I've ever received. Priority should be on the client that had an appointment scheduled. Was rushed, not relaxing, and expensive for a service that was around half the time it was...

Update: we did a second MIL/DIL gel mani appointment and they rushed removing my orange nails and took too much of the top layer of my nails off. Both thumbs have the worst spots and they kinda hurt - they’re lumpy and uneven due to them drilling the old gel off. Overall they look fine but just not as good of an experience like the first time. It must just depend on who does your nails that day.
