Karen walks around outside more then inside. She sits at a slot machine gambling. Ignoring customers not allowing customers to gamble on "her machine " even if she is playing or not. Doesn't offer water pop or beer. I will not be back. What a horrible employee. On the other hand I was here 2 times before this last time with Karen . The first lady's name was Sam I believe, very helpful, nice and not seated at machine gambling. The second time I was in there was a very nice, helpful and pleasant lady named Peggy. I really enjoyed my first 2 visits but after the way Karen was treating me and the other customers, I will not return here There are so many slot houses In the area. If u want to be a successful business hire more ppl like sam and peggy. And get rid of that employee that doesn't want to work and doesn't allow customers to play "her machine ' and I didnt know your employees are aloud to drink while working. - Thoroughly disappointed.
