I cannot express my gratitude enough for the incredible job Create A Video does. I am so thankful they are in my local community. After finding a huge box of our family's old videos I decided to surprise our son for Christmas with a gift of his childhood memories. He said it was the best gift ever, as we watched with his wife and grandparents. He was calling cousins, telling them what we were watching. It was amazing how it started bringing family members together. That was a Christmas we will always remember. The now "saved" memories are priceless. I have continued to have Clint and his team digitize 20 tapes at a time. As my husband and I sit and watch the different events over the years, and see so many family members who are no longer with us, we cry, but are so glad Create A Video has been able to save these precious memories for our family. We are having copies made for our son so he can meet family members he never got know and he will be able to pass these digital copies on to his family. THANK YOU, Create A Video for making it possible to save these videos for our family!!! This is a great company to do...

On Fathers Day I decided to surprise my husband with all his vhs tapes into a flash drive. Both his parents have passed away and videos of them would be so special. I told this to the owner of the company, he said he would look through all the tapes and make sure they all worked. We finally sat down to watch them and what makes me so sad is so far 8 of the 22 videos were videos of Oprah/muppets/tv shows. None had pieces of their family in it just tv they recorded. If he watched them and noticed them, he had my number and email. I would assume he would ask if I still wanted those, since he knew it was home videos I wanted. He wanted the money and he got $120 so far of vhs transfers that were just tv shows recorded. I cried I was so sad, I went the mom and pop route because I thought they would care and not be doing it for just the money. I would never ever recommend this...

I was Very Satisfied with the Outstanding Service I received at Create a Video in Mint Hill. Clint was the gentleman who helped me with my order.

I had a family member pass away on Wednesday, January 13th & the Funeral was on that Friday Morning, January 15th, which only really left me 24 hrs to get memorial video made. I spoke with Clint on Thursday afternoon, I was able to send him some photos via email to get started on. I also was able to bring some more pictures to add in that morning I was picking the video up, he was able to add them which just took 20 mins.

I defiantly will use Create a Video again & Refer Them as well!!!
