Been to this location a couple of times out of convenience but I won't return. never had a great or good experience. walked in with my wife this past weekend and were quickly and presently greeted by cashier. Then we went to home decor looking for a particular item which we found (patio umbrella) but could not find the base. I pressed the service button box several times and waited but no one came. I proceeded to go to customer service which was close by to ask for help. When it was my turn for service the employee proceeds to go into a detailed conversation with another employee about what they ate for lunch and that there was cake in the breakroom for another employee's last day. Customer service employee then asked why was the other employee leaving and continued to have a conversation as I stood between them. Ends up being that one of them went to check for the product which after 5 minutes I was told it had not arrived at the store. So why sell a patio umbrella that needs a base when you haven't received the base. We then start to leave when my wife grabs a couple of clothing items on sale. We go to registers where there is only one cashier and a small line. Cashier calls for back up, which arrives quickly. Then the two cashiers start trying to sign up customers for Kohl cards, one customers doesn't have proper id, the other customer can't remember their email. I know this is not the cashier's fault but this process took almost ten minutes of just standing there watching. When it's our turn cashier briefly apologizes rings up items but they are not showing sales price. When told about the error we were told to go check the sales sign or see how much was the sale cost. At that point we decided we had wasted enough time at this store. A total of 40 minutes of which more than half was waiting for service. Too many similar experiences, won't be returning...

I went to the cashier and asked if I can get my wallet literally took 15 seconds, under a minute regardless I ran to the car came back the dude had started ringing up a lady with a huge lot.... ok cool no courtesy over here.. all good... I go to the jewelry department which is connected to the perfume section the man there totally ignoring me he even went his way out the way to other side to try and talk to other people to disregard I needed attention I mean Iām only buying 250 dollars worth of perfumes which I was probably over spending on because with all the free time I happened to search online and see I was getttting ripped offffff they marked up Salvatore feragamo twice the price without the set so completely getting over... I definitely asked to speak to a manager so I can let them know the wait time was ridiculous for just a simple ring up easy sale.. I had to eventually just leave from over waiting needing to pick up my daughter from gymnastics. This is a bad look if you treat a percentage of your customers this way no wonder I never knew who you guys were if it wasnāt for an employee of mines i wouldnāt had even bothered which I wonāt ever again shame on ya in there missing the mark big time especially for a great holiday as this the celebration of our motherās in honor of my familyās mothers you guys...

I've never been to Kohl's before, but I was in need of a new shirt for my first date that was the next day, and none of the stores I went to earlier that week had any shirts that caught my eye. I'm the independent type, and won't ask for help no matter how much I may need it. But as busy as he was trying to clean up the young men's department, Elias saw me struggling and offered his help. Reluctantly, I agreed because I wanted to do it on my own, but seriously needed the help. I gave hime my preferences, and he gave me shirts that fitted the idea until I ended up finding a whole new outfit and shoes to go with it, which took about half an hour. The store must have been really short on staff that day because Elias also walked with me to the front and checked out my clothes for me.
