Truth be told the service here was a bit unpleasant due to the fact, the elder woman who was taking my order, began preparing an order that wasn’t even mine to begin with, and then asked me what else I wanted on the plate, and I tried to explain to her, that what she was preparing was not for me and she began getting frustrated because she couldn’t understand what I was saying due to the language barrier that she had. Nonetheless, I eventually got my plate. Unfortunately they didn’t have the brown steam rice so I decided to try the white rice for the first time and honestly it wasn’t all that bad definitely wasn’t a major fan, but I wouldn’t mind trying it again if brown rice was to run out again. Called to make an order for someone to pick up via uber. Not ordering through uber, just ordering another item so uber driver could pick it up since it was left out from the original order. Panda Associate said to call uber and she can't help us and then hanged up on me. Just like that. Coworkers were right there with her on speaker when this happened. Ha! My Fellow Coworker called back and spoke to the manager and told her off and to cancel the whole order. Manager said she cant and my girl said "No one is picking it up and my friend ain't paying and next time you should think twice before you hang up on a customers face like that."
