where do i even begin?! Traveled from Tampa to visit the Miramar location & to no surprise it was unorganized, no one greeted me even to say, "we'll be be with you in a moment." Stood there waiting for almost 10 minutes, no line, just a few chics behind the counter in disarray talking & sorting out reciepts & orders. I walked out, no one acknowledged me or any of the customers who came in after me. I visited the one in Orlando, & wasn't totally satisfied either. They couldn't get my order right, eventhough I ordered on-line for pickup. First they told me they ran out of turkey wings, then asked me for alternative choice. I waited over 30 mins. Then another employee asked me what did i order, I told her then another employee comes out to say they have turkey wings eventhough they told me they didn't. Their reasoning was because they were backed up so they had to tell customers they didn't have anymore. At that point I had already changed my order to include the fish. They gave me a refund for the difference. Once my order came up, i ended up with two full meals because originally they told me they didn't have the turkey wings.. Smh! Another disastrous location which is why i tried the one in Miami; only to find out it's pretty much the same. Food was mediocre but i wanted to see what the buz was about. If the Licking want to remain in business I suggest giving your employees Customer Service training. Hire people who know what they're doing in a professional manner. You run customers away with all the dissary inside of your establishments. It seems like there should be a better way to conduct business than what I've experienced at BOTH locations I've visited. Read moreMy first time here & it was the worst experience I ever had I'll never come back to this location. My son & I waited 45 minutes to an hour just to order. The manager was more concerned with recognizing the politicians than the guest waiting to order. The manager even went around greeting every customer because they were known politicians asking how was their experience but my son & I were volunteers invited to attend yesterday's event with my cousin a known politician but overlooked as "A PAYING FIRST TIME CUSTOMER" at this restaurant. The whole attitude from the staff & management was disgusting bougie & out right nasty. After spending a lil close to fifty dollars that was paid by my cousin my son asked for an extra sauce for his conch & was denied a simple sauce. My son is large for his age but to deny a 13 yr old child that shows the lack of customer service respect that these employees have not been trained at all. Not to mention the unsanitary practice of wearing long hair out while working around food without a hair net but I just bring that up to the upper managements attention. I was too disgusted to try to eat my food & when I asked the server for a tray for the disgusting order to take home she never came back to my table. She help wait on the table right next to mine but never came back to for fill my request. Even after getting up going to the counter for assistance I was rudely handled by that employee.... Read moreTruly the worst experience I have ever had. I arrived at 8:15 and place my order, long story short I left 5 minutes before 10 and I never received my order. The front counter personnel directly lied to me in my face and said that they were looking for me to let me know that what I had ordered that they were out of. They continue to help other people, while I have been waiting for over an hour and a half. When I asked for a refund; the cashier never acknowledged that she had given me my refund and she also refused to give me a receipt. She said that the machine only printed one and that she needed that receipt, if they ask her any questions about the refund. I then ask her what is my credit card company wants me to produce the receipt what am I to do, she pretty much replied that I can take a picture if I want. I didn't said what if my credit card company doesn't accept that; what will I do then she replied I guess you have to figure it out, when I kept on insisting for a receipt for my refund she then stated to me that I was being very difficult. I would never return to this place again I called the management they seem to have no real concern of the time that I wasted , I was told my management that I could go to another location after waiting over an hour and a half at this location.
