Marshalls — Local services in Miramar

I shopped here or shall I say attempted to shop here. I went to the shoe department browsed around did not really see anything I liked. When I went to the skincare/lotions etc. department that is when things got a little funky. They send this woman out she pretends to be organizing the products but she was watching me. Clearly she was sent to make sure I do not steal anything. I go to another department after about 5 minutes another woman comes by with a clipboard and she was watching me too. I was appalled! How dare these people! What kind of crackpot management/security outfit do they have going on there?? What happened to customers service? What about asking a customer can I help you? The entire time I was there not one associate asked me if I needed any assistance.

I left and went to Ross, I spent my $200.00 next door. I will never step a foot in another Marshalls ever, you are not the only game in town. Your prices have increased drastically and you have become more expensive than a major department store. Needless to say I will...

I have been always a customer of this stores ( Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Home Goods). They have excellent merchandise. I'm always happy. But the last time l was in Marshall Miramar at the cashier. The lady was so convincing me to apply for the store card l used to have one before and l didn't have any problems. Short story ... l did accepted the card and l was happy because Holidays are coming. I recibed my statement and card and went to buy and pay my deb at the same time. SURPRISE... They're not accepting more payments at the store. They told me to call the customer service. Well.... They don't tell you that you're applying for a Bank credit card! I was so angry that call them and canceled at once. How dare they do that? Please be aware and don't make the...

Worse service ever. The line was super long more than 20 ppl in line and only 2 cashiers. When i told the manager how come they only had 2 cashiers. He just said sorry it happens.!! The manager should have a better response or try and get more employees to the front. What a management . Not okay i am preagnant and had to wait more than 15 min in line until a nice cashier told me to go to the front so i didnt had to wait no more. I will not be returning...
