Today is 12/14/22, I have steadily seen the decline in customer service, a lack of customer engagement AND not delivering food that you pay for at this location! I hope you guys get secretly shopped by corporate office soon as this is very appalling for the Chick-fil-a brand. From the time you enter the drive through you are met by rude and unprofessional order takers who are busy conversing with each other while taking your order, sometimes without even saying hello.
I am shocked as this never was the case for years since I moved to this zip code in 2015. In the last year this has gotten even worse! The drive through attendants do not greet you professionally or bring the same engagement and respect as they did before; they are short with you and rush you to take your bag and leave. Now I realize why they keep rushing you because this is the 3rd time within a months span that I have paid for food I did not receive! The only reason a return to this location is because it is right in my backyard. I can’t promise I won’t frequent here again, because of my family loving this product but darn it…..I am going to drive to Miramar Parkway and Flamingo location 3 more miles away to the next location!
This is really just wrong on all levels! CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS LOCATION! Do not bother to call, the phone number rings until it asks for a code to access the mailbox; not even the common decency to leave a voicemail greeting for you to leave a message and ask for a call back. I just called 3 times!!
I am posting this with the hope you guys really clean up your customer engagement, order process, and drive through delivery. Your location is busy, I get it, but you are busy because of the brand and quality food your company is known for. This service you and your staff are providing is a total lack of respect and embarrassment to the Chick-fil-A brand. After a few incidents of just horrible service in a row, I think the only reason why I had put 3 stars to begin with is because of nostalgia. This was THE chickfila to go to - friendliest people and efficient service. Even during the pandemic they were amazing. Now, though?
My sister and I ordered on the app then drove to chickfila. Upon arrival, we acknowledged on the app that we arrived. The line was incredibly long, so we decided to walk in instead. When we got there we told the dude that we are here for our order, and gave him our name. He acknowledged by shrugging. After about 15 minutes we asked again and he said ok I'll look into it but never did anything. After everyone else had come and go, we ask for a 3rd time and this is when he says oh your order was never processed. Then they are out of mac & cheese and asks us if we want fries or parfait instead. Why on earth would anyone choose yogurt over Mac and cheese? Why can't they just refund me or give me a gift card with the same amount as a mac and cheese? (I already had 2 large fries in the order and also didn't need another one).
It's incredibly sad for me to write this and that it's come this far as we did truly love this place for years. But what used to set chickfila apart from the rest is no longer there and they're just another fast food place with horrible customer service and long waits.
Severely understaffed, always a long wait even if you order ahead. Ordered a "sunjoy" & two Dr peppers, ended up with 3 iced teas with no ice after a 20 minute wait. Read moreLet me start off by saying I don't usually write reviews but the service here this morning was so bad I felt the need to. I decided to go inside to order and noticed there wasn't anyone at the cash register as everyone was packing what seemed to be uber orders. I stood there for an extended period and NO one acknowledge me to even say " we'll be with you in a minute, sorry for the wait" or anything, I intentionally didn't try to get anyone's attention as I wanted to see how long they were going to have me stand there. Finally someone came over and took my order which was just a chicken biscuit, and had the worse attitude and energy as she walked up and literally said "whats your order". I stood there for another extended period waiting and watching the staff taking and laugh in the back as well as multiple Uber drivers come in, collect their orders and leave. I have no problem waiting 10-15 minutes for an order even tho I was the only person in the restaurant, my issue was the lack of communication and lack of a sense of urgency from the staff.
