Purchased $80 curtains and before buying thought to inquire on them given little information was available about them as both pairs for sale had been retagged. The associate restocking in the isle did not speak a word of English. I finally tracked down what seemed to be a manager to ask about them and she wouldnāt do more than state the obvious on the sales tag which was the price and the handwritten 96ā length. Once I brought them home I noticed the sensor had been left on by the checkout associate so I couldnāt hang them to measure length as the panels were stuck together. After going back to have the sensor removed that same day, I get back home only to find the panels are not 96ā as marked but 84ā! Store Manager Magayl H. didnāt bother to acknowledge her employees faults or even offer an simple apology for my inconveniences so clearly the store atmosphere stems...

When I went to pay they told me it was a set of three and said I would need to pay the full price and went to get more cats. There was nothing notating this cat was a part of three. The man ringing me up was very nice and tried to get me a discount since my 2 year old was in love with the cat. The manager came and was very rude and wouldnt even talk to me, just said no there was nothing she could do.
