I have been a regular customer at Home Goods for quite some time now, and I can honestly say that every visit is nothing short of exceptional. The entire staff, from the managers to the cashiers, are incredibly friendly and kind. What truly sets them apart is how genuine and human they are. Shopping here feels more like visiting old friends.

I often bring my dog along, and the staff always make her feel like a cherished part of the family, which means the world to me. The welcoming atmosphere and warm interactions create a sense of community that is rare to find nowadays. Employees of this store are careless and inefficient. Purchased $80 curtains and before buying thought to inquire on them given little information was available about them as both pairs for sale had been retagged. The associate restocking in the isle did not speak a word of English. I finally tracked down what seemed to be a manager to ask about them and she wouldn’t do more than state the obvious on the sales tag which was the price and the handwritten 96” length. Once I brought them home I noticed the sensor had been left on by the checkout associate so I couldn’t hang them to measure length as the panels were stuck together. After going back to have the sensor removed that same day, I get back home only to find the panels are not 96” as marked but 84”! Store Manager Magayl H. didn’t bother to acknowledge her employees faults or even offer an simple apology for my inconveniences so clearly the store atmosphere stems...

If I could give zero starts I would. My daughter picked up a stuffed cat that was all by itself without a price. When I went to pay they told me it was a set of three and said I would need to pay the full price and went to get more cats. There was nothing notating this cat was a part of three. The man ringing me up was very nice and tried to get me a discount since my 2 year old was in love with the cat. The manager came and was very rude and wouldnt even talk to me, just said no there was nothing she could do. I have been shopping at this brand for a Very long time and they have always discounted for damage or other things. This woman did not consider it and was very rude and dismissive.
