I just had the very worst experience ever at Kohls in Mishawaka, IN. I have been shopping there for decades and spendings thousands of dollars annually but no more. The man in front of me was given 20% off his entire order, he did not have a coupon. He complained and they gave him 20%. When it was my turn, I politely asked for the same courtesy to be extended to me.
The cashier adjacent to mine started yelling that the 20% was over. She was extremely rude. I said I saw the man before me receive it. My cashier said âshe made me do itâ meaning another staff person. Bottom line is, the yelling continued (on the adjacent cashierâs part) I remained calm, looked at my cashier and said, you know what Iâm talking about, right? She LIED and said, âI donât remember.â
I canât continue to support a business that does not demonstrate truth and dignity toward its customers. What a disappointment. As I left they were all in a group and I could hear them talking about me-thereâs nothing wrong with my hearing...
Read moreThe store is fine but a little cluttered. Customer service is helpful but always seems flustered with how busy the store is and how entitled their customers are. My problem lies in much of that clientele. Every visit to the store I encounter another entitled baby boomer who either cuts in line, doesn't understand how coupons work, or wants to complete the most ridiculous return ever. I know this is Kohl's target customer but either add some staff or educate your customer service on how to more efficiently deal with these issues. Tonight I spent nearly 25 minutes in line doing a store pickup because one woman didn't know there was a line and another was arguing over whether her order was in. Meanwhile there was only one person working store pickup while three other associates were putting out inventory. I'll just start going to the store to order on the wifi to get free...

Which drastically reduces the likelihood my wife or I will shop here until this gets resolved. Nor will we use this store for Amazon returns. Now rather than keep my infant in her car seat I must bring in a stroller or carry her in my arms.
Could I bring a sling, sure but I am not about to keep a sling in my vehicle just incase I visit Kohls.
You wouldn't think a normal cart would be a lot to ask for but apparently it is. Kohls please resolve this soon so I can again enjoy visiting your store. Until this is resolved it makes visiting here a very...
