I contacted the store from out of state for some assistance and Jirada happened to answer my call. I had a unique request and while I had hoped I would get a call back, I certainly was going to understand if I didn't. I was not able to be present in the store and after all, who would even know if I didn't get a call back? I wish I could give 10 stars to this location. I love my new sectional from Lovesac. Jirada our sales person was wonderful and she really took care of us with setting up the design for our basement.
