I have to admit, this was simply my worst Chick-Fil-A experience in recent memory. The three key characteristics I've come to associate with this establishment are friendly staff as well as fast and efficient service; none of these were met. While not rude, the staff were at best indifferent to my presence. Most of my meal came out soon, with the notable exception of my beverage, taking up 6 minutes to be filled. Moreover, when sitting down to enjoy my meal, I found out that my order wasn't even accurate.
I should mention that there were 6 workers, and since there weren't many customers at the time, I can't fathom why this happened. On that line of thinking, the organization could be much better - while I understand that there are busier times than others at a mall, on a weekday afternoon I can't imagine 6 workers in a constricted space is an efficient way to go about things. And to simplify the waiting lines, surely having a sign directing people as to where to order and another for picking up their food would be...

I understand that it was a busy day on Christmas eve especially inside the mall, but there's no way people who came 20+ minutes after me kept getting their food first. I had asked 4 different times if my food was ready and they kept saying it wasn't and to keeping waiting because the system was acting up or whatever cause it's been busy. It wasn't until I had enough of waiting like an idiot and asked for my money back that the cashiers brought the cook out the kitchen and finally explained my situation and she got straight to making my food. Once my food was finally given shortly after, they also gave me a card for a free sandwich next time to make up for it. Read moreVisited the restaurant today, came inside the employee told me at 9:50 I had to wait to order lunch at 10 fine , waited the 10 mins finally got up to order the girl at the register was rude, had a snappy attitude apparently they were under staffed so maybe she was stressed , she takes my order and I watch one of they’re corporate managers walk up to a couple who hadn’t waited nearly as long as me and apologized to them for the inconvenience and offer them they’re meals for free, then after my order was taken I waited forever to receive my order after I watched my bag be placed on the counter by the lemonade, no acknowledgement for me waiting patiently to receive my food nothing it was like I was invisible! I had to finally ask a coworker cleaning the lobby of the bag was mine got my bag and left! Definitely feel this location is getting worse and worse! Im gonna chill on going there...
