Ive tried it a few times now thinking maybe it was just the flavors I chose, that wasn’t the case at all! Everything was absolutely disgusting! Not only that I literally watched them pull out a jug of green tea I’m assuming since that’s what it tastes like, add a pump or two of flavor and call it good, you have to pay extra for boba although it’s a BOBA tea, you have to wait for ever for your order, there were two people only who was working and one of them was just dancing around while the other one was actually making drinks, you have to order at a kiosk so hopefully you don’t have cash because they won’t take that! Hopefully you don’t have any questions about anything because they expect you to just order on the kiosk and won’t help you with questions. Seriously the last time I gave it a try it was so bad my kids or myself couldn’t even drink it. Every time I’ve ordered a new flavor and each time it just tastes like unsweetened green tea that has been sitting for days!...
Read moreI've only gotten a drink from here one time because the next time I went I was going to order on the screen and the woman working came up to me and said they didn't have any boba ready and that it would 30 mins until they had some. So I went shopping to other stores and came back 45 mins later and she said she still didn't have any boba ready and that it would be 15 more minutes. I don't understand why it would take an hour to do something you said takes 30 mins? So I will never go there again. It's a shame they ran icy bar out because icy bar was 100% better in every asset...

There was a huge line of people, which only made things worse. I ended up getting a refund for my non-existent drinks, as many people did too. Very understaffed, an employee was on her PHONE instead of helping the only poor girl who actually tried to make the drinks. If you want fast and good boba, try the icy bar...
