I have been coming here for years and have had pleasant experiences every single time. Unfortunately today was much different. An employee i have never seen before, (unfortunately i didn’t catch her name, otherwise i would love to openly bash her), accused my partner and i of stealing. We were browsing the crystals and had changed our mind about one so he mistakingly placed it in an area in which it did not belong, ( might i emphasize that this was a complete accident!!!!), which come to find out, would get us accused of stealing. The lady, ( i would love to use much more colorful language but i will save that for when i speak to mall management:)), told us to place the crystals we had in our hands until we checkout on the counter. Oddly enough i recounted the interaction to my partner and said that i felt as if she was lurking around us since our arrival to the store, and that her tone was fairly rude. We were ready to checkout, i paid for the two crystals we chose, and then AFTER i made my purchase the employee firmly said to us, “Okay empty your pockets, i caught you on camera.” Of course my partner and I were completely and utterly confused. She continued to say that same sentence, and when we emptied our pockets in front of her face she was still persistent with her accusation and called mall security. Fortunately her incompetency took the back seat after accusing us over and over, and she told us we could leave. Mind you, not only did she address us with contempt and immediately pointed her finger, she didn’t even try to formulate an apology. Absolutely ruined my entire day, and i will never come back to that store or the mall itself. Completely unbelievable and unacceptable, and i sure hope someone cares to...

I like this store! Although sometimes I'm nervous about being a suspected rock thief, as crystals are a commonly stolen item from these types of stores. But good items here! I like the Baja hoodies here, they have both the Mexican and Himalayan varieties, as well as ponchos. Some flaws I will point out is that some of the malachite is fake (but not all) and the feldspars aren't very flashy. (The marketplace is better for flashy feldspar like labradorite and moonstone) but the calcite is good quality and the tumbles here are all good! (I can confirm the malachite tumbles are in fact real. Some jewelry such as pendants or many of the malachite carvings are not real and most likely plastic. But I've seen real malachite here. Congo malachite, tumbles, and big malachite chunk I have seen here are indeed very real.) They have candles here too. They have so much stuff here. All I can say, I have some dreamcatchers, a Himalayan Baja hoodie, a norse rune necklace (perthro), several stones (including the flashiest lab heart in the basket), and a plethora of other small stuff. Been to this location a few times and enjoyed it up until now. My boyfriend and I went in the other day to look around and he loves bead bracelets and wears a lot of them at a time. We looked at their bracelets and didn't want any and left. As we were leaving, an associate stopped us and asked if we found everything okay. We said yes and she asked us if we were planning on purchasing any of the bracelets we were looking at (there were only maybe 10 of them available, she could have counted them) and I said no we both just really like bracelets. She said she wasn't looking at mine and she motions to my boyfriends bracelets and said "well that's just a lot of bracelets. We have cameras, we'll check them. Have a nice day." He is Hispanic and I fully believe he was being racially profiled as she said she was unconcerned about my few bracelets and I am a white female. Please don't support...
