I will never step foot into that store again, it was obvious we were, and are struggling financially, when we were declined credit from Wells Fargo for financing, so he chose another option, still aware we are struggling, I pointed out a 390 dollar bed, and he said you don't want that one, here is what you want, an 890 dollar bed. So now, I am paying 160 a month through progressive, it is, and was clear he works on thousand dollar commission, I tried numerous times to call them, to set up arrangements to return the bed, under the 90 day return policy, but conveniently he was out of the office every time I called, how convenient. I will always be against the store, and I will make sure my family and friends are aware of the commission sales men. I can't pay it off early, so now I will pay 1900.00 dollars for a commission sales mens irresponsibilitys to actually help a customer in need.

This was my first time ever buying furniture for a house. The manager, Clint, welcomed us with a smile and helped pick out just what we were looking for! You bring in room dimensions and styles that you are wanting, he will find you the best fit. He wasn't pushy at all and did what he could to help us out and made an awesome package deal.

Upon delivery, our wooden bench from our table had a chip in the corner of it due to movement in the truck. I notified Clint and he told me he would notify the service department. I didn't hear from service and Clint kept checking in with me to make sure things were done correctly. After not hearing from the service department and an email from Clint, he got right to it and made sure I heard from them just a few minutes later! Great customer service right there!
