I contacted slumberland for a new Matress for after I get home from knee surgery. I talked with this employee fir 2 days. When I arrived I was of course in a wheel chair. He happened to be with another customer. He excused himself. Took me over to the Matress. Threw it on the floor from the standing position. Said to lay on it and see what I thought. 2 problems with that. IM IN A WHEELCHAIR FROM KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERY. How’s that suppose to work. 2).. I’m like older female. That should never have been expected. I understand the customer he was with probably had a $1000.00 bed they are looking at. That was really rude. Not a good customer service experience with Kevin What he should have said. I’m with a customer but one of the other salespeople will be more then happy to help you. When he threw it on the floor for me to try it there. That just ruined it. I can’t see myself going back there. All I hope is that the one who received my commission for that sale...
Read moreEstablished my budget with the worker. Tired to get me high end expensive. Found my price range without being shown where it was. After putting a deposit down I was told it would take 1-3 weeks and they would call me. No calls, I called the day before 3 weeks. It just came in, but that had already set a delivery date with out my knowledge. I was not told at time of deposit they only delivery on certain days to different locations. They do not work with your schedule. Thus having to find help to pick it up myself. After paying the remainder of the balance, there was no thank you for buying from us. Just sent back to the loading dock. While loading the mattress my helper heard them says a rude remark about using rope as tie downs. I am displeased with the whole process. It is important to be kind to everyone, you don't know what they have to deal with on a day-to-day basis. I wish it have gone better but I can't in good faith recommend this...
Read moreOur sales woman Kameron S. was remarkable. I came with my grandma to assist in helping her find the right bed, sofa, and accent chairs. Kameron was extremely knowledgeable, had great customer service, showed us every feature, patient, answered all of our questions, had great personality, and gave us her card so we could come back again for her help. Although, the male manager was the complete opposite. Asked his own employee to lower her voice when she was speaking at a normal volume and continued to be rude to her in front of customers and I feel bad to see her feel embarrassed for no reason.
