I can't say enough good things about my experience at this LensCrafter's location. David, the store manager, helped me get the best deal on lenses for my sunglasses. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable; and really cared about my satisfaction. He under promised and over delivered; said I would have my lenses in a week, or more because of the time of year, but it only took four days! I was there with a friend of mine who was looking for a new pair of glasses for driving at night. David researched the best deal for her, comparing her insurance benefits and current promotions to come up with the best price...it was greatly appreciated; most sales people over- sell and only look out for their bottom line...not David...he really cares about the customer. He has great style sense as well! Robert was the sales rep on duty when I picked up my lenses...he was equally friendly and concerned about my satisfaction...even called me days later to make sure I was still happy with my product. I will recommend this LensCrafter's to all of my friends...I hope this review helps you to choose this location above all others. They will have my repeat business! Thank you for such great...

I went to accompany my boyfriend for a routine eye exam and while I was waiting for him the manager David asked me if I needed help. He was welcoming and personable. I had no intention in buying glasses and some how he convinced me to buy a pair of sunglasses. There were a lot of good choices but he helped me narrow down which ones best complimented my round face. He was very patient with me because I must have tried on about 9 pairs of glasses before I settled on the perfect ones. I was impressed by how quick he was to sanitize all the glasses I had tried on. He explained every potential feature I could add to my sunglasses with great detail and answered any and all questions I had until I was comfortable with my choice.

I was really lucky to have had the manager David help me out. I will definitely be coming back. I didn’t think it was possible to have such a great experience while purchasing sunglasses. Costumer service is a big upgrade compared to my previous long time optometrist store which NEVER felt personable. Lens Crafters has made a new costumer out of me! Someone give this...

If someone needs an eyeglasses done right away.. Lens crafters is the place where you can have it!! We went yesterday to help me with my eyeglasses. Me and my husband end up having our vision checked as well as having a new pair of eyeglasses ordered. Everything went smoothly and Sara was super nice in attending us... she just needed to be upfront with the availability of the lenses that they have in stock and be able to pick up the eyeglasses right away or if the lenses are not available and if the customer is ok to wait for more days for it... good thing I called today and Dominick is so helpful and went out of his way to clarify things that the lens I ordered is not available on their store and offered if it is ok with me to change it with the color they have so they can accommodate my need to have the eyeglasses ready within the day... so, he did help me with that!! I am really super happy that they are not just a store to sell their product but a store that extend help and cares for their customers!!!...
