Wells Fargo Bank on Margarite & Oso Pkwy is the best branch in Mission Viejo ca, always busy, but very efficient, the counter teller named "Nathan" I absolutely believe is the most Courteous and knowledgeable, of their extremely competent staff. I don't usually give reviews, however! When warranted! The customer service of this branch is not good at all. I wasted time in their branch speaking with a banker for 1 hour, he promised a change on my account, but it didn't happen, when I called and spoke with them they said they were busy and someone will call me in next hour but no body called after 3 hours. I called again and complained to bank manager, he said there is nothing they could do but he promised if I call their 1800 number they will be able to look into detail of my account and see if there has been any change. manager does not know customer service, my Euro order was delayed in spite of an extra day and the manager just brushed me off like he didn't care. I ordered early in the week and was told to come back the following day, I came 2 days later due to work and my order was not ready and was told to come back again. I ordered my euros early in the week since I was traveling on the weekend.
