I love checking out new coffee shops. This was my first visit (I don't drive to Mission Viejo often) and I'm hooked! The first thing that impressed me was their home roasted coffee. The roasting machine is on display, and it is a fully functional roaster that they use to prepare their freshly roasted custom coffee blends. I had the daily special, toasted almond, and it was excellent! There's a nice, relaxing, shaded, and relatively secluded outdoor patio seating which is a great way to enjoy the beautiful SoCal weather! And then there was the sandwiches ... I got two: one for me and one for my wife, thinking that I'll eat half of hers as usual. The sandwiches are tasty, appetizing, fresh ingredients, and large!!! I barely finished mine. It was very tasty and so large I could not finish it. Both the male cashier and female runner were friendly and professional. I spent hours sitting outside in their patio doing remote work and never felt like they wanted me to leave. I am about to order lunch and dessert and plan to come back every time I bring my fur...
