What a fun place! We went here for my son's birthday and had a great time. The games were all in good condition and functioning well, the staff was over the top friendly, and we felt like it was a good value.
The way it works is instead of tokens, you load a card that you swipe in the various games to pay for them. If you win tickets from the games they are loaded right onto your card. This was really convenient for the adults, but to be honest the thrill of watching hundreds of tickets stream out of the machine is missing here. The kids didn't really know how much they won because if you tell a 5 year old they got 300 tickets vs handing them a huge chain of them you will see what I mean.
The games seemed pretty generous, all 3 of our kids won stuff from the claw machines which was awesome.
All in all, we really enjoyed this arcade and I'd recommend you check it out. Weekdays from 5-6 they're half price, so be sure to take advantage of that too.
Special shout out to the employee wearing the green beanie with the Crest of Hyrule on it. You were so friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome and at ease. If ownership/management reads this - please know that he is awesome and...
Read moreWe came we saw we left feeling like little kids again in April and saw they were expanding soooo of course we had to go back! We did and were left rather saddened in comparison to our first visit. They have more games but somehow it looks emptier and the prize station is smalle. The games we played months ago have fallen into disrepair and need a little love. The prices a bit high but we still had fun just felt kinda ripped off because the games are in such need of repair alot have nothing to do with skill when they used to. We will be back again but dang I hope you guys FIX THE GAMES!
After some consideration I am changimg my rattimg to 4 stars. 3 is a bit harsh and 4 seems a bit generous but to be honest. I absolutely love the arcade and you will jave a great time. We will be back and are hoping its packed with games like it was before they expamded. Its a great...
Read moreI stopped in last week with my family to kill some time before dinner. We've been in several times to play all the different arcade games but hadn't tried their VR laser tag in the back. This time it was open and we gave it a try.
It was a blast!
Usually VR makes me sick to my stomach, but this didn't seem to affect me like that. The room is a bit smaller, so I think a group of more than 6 might be a bit tight, but it's amazing what can be created in that space. My youngest is seven, but I think a kid as young as 5 could figure it out. Could be a great option for a child's birthday or a date night.
I recommend dressing in layers. One can get quite warm while trying to destroy...
