
Iām from Galveston as well, so Iāve supported this place for the past 3yrs(regardless of their shortcomings), but this recent situation annoyed tf out of me. Iāll start off by saying that the staff is always nice. I never had an issue with a server šš¾ My issue is with how unorganized the establishment is in general. You have to jump through hoops and click hella links to find their food menu online š
And every time I want to order food⦠the kitchen is āclosedā. Whether I come afternoon, evening, or night⦠the kitchen is ALWAYS closed. It will say āopenā online, then when I drive to the establishment, itās CLOSED.
Last Saturday 02/15/25, I managed to find their menu and decided to place an order online. I made the purchase and it said that my food would be ready in 20min. I pulled up 20 minutes later to get my food, and the guy at the window said the kitchen was closed š
I asked him if they could refund me my money, and he told me that I would have to contact Menufy(the website I had to go through to order my food).
I did what he said, and contacted menufy to put in a refund request. I received an email today saying that teaāze have been unresponsive to resolving the situation. I only spent $20, but itās the principle. I donāt like that shady, shiesty shit. Imagine if I ordered a meal for my family and spent over a $100. I was thinking about hiring them to cook for an event, but now that I see they steal money⦠itās a NO GO for me.
All of teazeās daiquiris taste alike as well. Iāve went through about 6 flavors, and it didnāt hit me that they all taste the same until I began getting daiquiris from another spot named calliopeās. I ordered a mango daiquiri from calliopeās and it actually tasted like mango.

Today is 9.22.22 I was greeted by the OWNER Tiffany with a "oh you're spending more than $5.73 today?!" which is the cost of a refill if you purchase a $12.00 souvenir cup. Today I came to buy food for the 4th time in a 7 day time frame while bringing extra customers to support cooks because they're AMAZING!!.
