I am so tired of this Home Depot itâs insane. My husband and I rent trucks from here all the time, very affordable and a easy process, until one associate named âTonyâ was continuously helping other people instead of helping us who he was already helping first. Tony was so fixated on worrying about all other customers who were coming in problems, that he had forgotten to ask us if we wanted the damage protection on the car or not. In a hurry we did not check how much we were paying we were just frustrated with why Tony is so fond on answering others peoples question as if there wasnât another associate there to help that customer. Once we seen how much was on the paper he printed for the truck we proceeded to ask Tony if he could take off the damage protection on the truck and he tells us âit automatically comes with it. When it does not. We continued to tell him that we normally get asked if we want it and he swore he was right. Then tryâs to help by telling us that once we come back the next day with the truck damage protection can be removed. But that did not sound right to me. So I continued to question if damage protection can be taken off if weâve already used it. With me consistently asking him if thatâs right he proceeds to put his hand up and try to hush me. I told him that was very rude and I manage a retail company so I did inform him that that was not needed and how rude he was for doing that. As I was telling him that putting his hand up to shush me was disrespectful a male Hispanic associate was consistently budding in when I was speaking to Tony, the Hispanic associate was very rude as well and told me, I kid you not. âYour worried about $10â I could not be more disappointed with the customer service at this location and we go here all the time. So I asked to speak with a manager, I asked the manager if the damage control is able to come off after weâve already used it and he tells us it canât. So then Iâm asking Tony why did he put it can be removed if he wasnât 100% sure that it could. And he couldnât say anything. It took two managers for him to figure out what was going on which it did not need to. As we are leaving the male Hispanic associate continues to argue with me when he wasnât even the problem to begin with. I was not able to ask for his name but when I go back I will be contacting HR and his performance as...

Read moreHome Depot â My wife and I was so excited to celebrate the purchase of our new home. Even though there were many challenges we did not expect. We had no idea that purchasing blinds for our home would be the worst and most time extensive. We chose your store because we do a lot of business with you. We recently purchased a new refrigerator and have many appliances from your store for our other homes. This I guess has been a major mistake. I have personally the Home Depot location on HWY 6 at 5900 Hwy 6, Missouri City, TX 77459, and set and had a consultation with a blinds associate. It was an easy experience and the consultant explained that my blinds were not in stock and they would send a Home Depot employee to my home to measure my blinds. He sit up my account with my blind selections and visitation date. The second employee did in fact come and measure my all 8 windows. After the visit I was under the assumption that my blinds were being measured and cut. Unfortunately after two weeks later of no contact I went back to the store. Long story short I was told that my measurement were not in the system and they would reach out to the rep for the measurements. A not was placed in my account. This process repeated for another two times. I have personally been at the store three times and to this day my blinds are not cut and I have no answers to what is going on. Essentially Home Depot has taken my money for a service that they have not provided! I am not happy. There has been no communication, no transparency, or honesty. Each time Iâm told a Manager will contact me and that never happens. This has become a safety hazard! I NEED BLINDS TO COVER THE WINDOWS OF MY 1YR AND...
