Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Missouri City

If you value the time that you have on Earth, don’t waste a minute of it at the Starbucks on Highway 6 and University. A visit there could be compared to an experience at the DMV. After giving me half of my mobile order, I notified the associates of the items that were missing. They looked at me as if I was speaking an ancient foreign dialect not heard on this side of the hemisphere for many generations, then proceeded to ignore me and go back to mixing caffeinated concoctions in an incorrect manner. I asked three of the Baristas if they could get my coffee I ordered, again, only to be repeatedly ignored. At this moment I had to realize the possibility that I was in fact a functioning ghost, having an epiphany similar to Bruce Willis at the end of ‘The Sixth Sense’. The staff was extremely incompetent and rude. I went in with a friend and she doesn't go there very often so she wasnt sure what she wanted to order. Unfortunately whatever idiot is in charge of their marketing decided it would be smart to change the inside menu completely, only showing 10 or 20 items and the rest were just advertisements. There are hundreds of drink possibilities here and I'm sorry but that's just not smart business when someone has to Google your menu from inside the store just to figure out what they want to order. Especially at a coffee shop where the service should be quick and easy. To top it all off the employee behind the register totally blew off our questions when he could have easily made some suggestions. Not sure if he was just lazy or didnt know the menu at all. A new barista was very rude and disrespectful to me. I bought yogurt with an expiration date for today. I asked him about the freshness and he said "I guess it's ok." I also ordered coffee and a bagel. The bagel sat on the counter and nobody announced it was ready. The food was cold. I asked for a spoon to eat the yogurt and the barista said " we don't have any spoons, you can go to the yogurt shop nextdoor and get a spoon."
