We usually have a really good customer service experience but today Ms. Loran, one of 2 managers, gave us the worst experience. My mother had to double check her gift card balance and she rushed us asking us whether we were ready to pay. Instead of patiently waiting she rudely skipped us without asking while we were ready to complete our transaction. After the other customer paid, she stated she was very busy and did not have time for this (this being “my mother double checking her gift card total”) as she had to finish some work for her bosses arrival tomorrow. It seemed that the pressure of her pending work seeped into her negative customer service with us. She claimed she wasn’t even supposed to be working the shift in the front at the time. It is hard to believe that a person who treats others with such disrespect and unkindness became a manager. We went around to buying an additional item after our first purchase and noticed that she was not treating other customers with the same disrespect she treated us with. This seemed like targeted discrimination as far as we saw it. And we are very unhappy and extremely sad this happened. I hope this issue reaches the management team and appropriate action is taken, as I would not wish this experience on any other customer whose happy shopping experience is shattered by such horrible treatment and...
Read moreThere was terrible service and the staff was lazy. We asked to look at one of their products which was in a viewing cabinet. On the cabinet it instructed us to ask customer service to view the product. We than asked customer service to see if they could send someone to assist us but instead the rude woman told us to go to the back of the line that attended for checkout. The line however was very long that it ended at the very back of the store. We would not have minded to wait in line to pay but the fact that she made us go to the back of line to just see a product was ridiculous! In addition she shouted at us to go to the back of the line and we were confused and assumed to go to the back of the line for returns and exchanges. Instead of informing us it was the wrong line she had the nerve to use a sassy voice and shout at us to go to the checkout line. Read moreThe staff is disgusting, the counter staff is very disrespectful, laugh at customers. I wanted to buy a purse for my mom, the lady with the keys for the purses oretended to be so busy wasting time with other customers, she just had to open keys and give me the purse i was looking to buy, she kept saying she was busy but she was standing there staring at another lady that was picking some trinklets. No sense of being polite or courteous.
Also, i had to return something, the lady told me i would be next, but took another lady after me just to piss us off. Basically senseless staff trying to show their useless power over customers. Quite dissapointed that we have such insecure staff at such a lovely...
