Visited this location on a Friday evening. Employees were cutting up, being loud and engaging in horseplay. IF you get my food out quickly and it's good, I don't care what you do to alleviate the monotony. I would have ordered on the app, but there wasn't an option to modify my order. Ordered a 12 piece spicy white family meal. Paid extra for an extra breast. Came with 2 sides and 6 biscuits. Unfortunately they no longer have the dirty rice, so I got the fries and the Cole slaw. This was over $40! Damn, it's gotten expensive. Got home and found that the chicken wasn't all white, I didn't get the extra breast I paid for, and not all the chicken was spicy. Not sure if it was a mistake or they just threw in what they had. I attempted to call the store several times but never could get an answer. Called over the next few days with the same result. I called the 877 number to get in touch with corporate, but instead of a live person, it wanted me to communicate by text message. I was back in the area the following Wednesday so I just went in the store. I asked for a manager and attempted to explain the situation. She told me it was hectic sometimes, but to keep calling and someone would answer. I called several times over the course of 5 days and no one answered. Told her I had called the 877 number but there wasn't an option for a live person. At this point, she told me there was nothing she could do. She told me if it had been a 2 piece, she would have replaced it, but she wasn't going to replace a 12 piece. Then she told me if something like that happened, I should have brought the chicken back. Told her where I live. It's too far to make a special trip, that was why I had attempted to call. Once again she refused to do anything to correct the situation. I called corporate the next day and have been communicating with them by text message. Over a week since contacting them and still supposedly being investigated. I guess I should have checked the order like I used to before I left the store. Why is it so difficult to put the right 12 pieces of chicken in a box. Read moreI have had it with this location tonight was the absolute worst I got there 5 minutes after 8 an ordered that new $10 box special I had to order at the window because no one would say anything over the speaker and I just sat there for 5 minutes I pulled up to the window the girl who was at the window was rude and not interactive at all. I asked for two pieces dark meat chicken and two sides she had him in my drink and I looked into the box which was white meat chicken and one side. I told him they got the order wrong and I was told to pull up into a parking space after waiting 30 minutes at least they brought out my order which still wasn't complete and I had to wait another 10 minutes to get the rest of it. I got home and they had given me the wrong sides. Never again! This is not the first time they have messed up an order and acted like they were doing me a favor by having me as a customer. I hope someone from corporate reads this because something needs to change there. The person parked next to me was still there after I left they still didn't get their order right I saw at least six or seven cars pull through the drive-thru and just keep pulling out and not even ordering they had given up.
