I had the manager helping pick out clothes and handed me a dress that was torn and knowingly let me buy it. Then when I got home and noticed and tried to return it they told me all sales were final. Terrible experience all around. I ordered a dress online for my wife. I travel for business so I didn’t get the package for her. She tired the dress on and it didn’t fit. I was in mobile for a wedding and tried to exchange the dress for something else. The same dress was still on the rack and they refused to do an exchange.
