I want to start by saying that I love Crumble, and I visit this location frequently. Last week, I ordered four of the pink velvet cookies. Just as I was about to take a bite, I noticed a dark substance in one of the cookies. It turned out to be a fly baked into it. So, please be careful and stay alert when ordering.

I called the store several times that day, but there was no answer. My mom went there the next day to inform them of the issue after I had tried calling multiple times that morning. They mentioned that their phone ringer was off. However, after speaking with someone who I believe was the manager, they apologized and offered me a single cookie as a remedy. Cookies were great flavor and for what you get reasonably priced enough.

Customer service was below average, not friendly, and no one seemed to want to work even though you could view four workers.

Thankfully the kiosks were good so not having someone willing to take your order was fine enough though the signage shows someone should take your order if you’d like.

Order was prepped in a reasonable time, however the gift wrap is a rip off and didn’t even come complete, along with the ribbon appearing to prevent you from viewing your order.
