I signed up for a membership in January. After reviewing my account in the application, I noticed another members contract with their personal information and was attached to my account as well as an incorrect payment card. I contacted the location and the resolve was to restart my account and re sign my contract. I recently reached out to confirm my contract end date since the new contract showed a March start date, I did not receive a response. After exchanging text messages and placing two calls, today I attempted to book a session and noticed I could not log in. My membership had been cancelled. I didn’t request it to be cancelled nor did I do anything wrong. This was all due to admin error on someone at the location. I lost my membership. I’ve been coming here since they first start open. Love the fact that it’s open 24 hrs. can come when ever I wanted. Veryfirst I started off with hot stretch (which is I very love and still my favorite) after stand on my feet all day at work which is very very helpful for my aches and pains and help with my flexibility. Now got hook up with many other classes. Love how sweat it is after little time of work out in the sauna and burn a lot of calories and yet it’s very fun and enjoyable. All staffs are very knowledgeable and friendly. The place also very nice and clean. All the member always wipe and sanitize the equipment. Very very love HOTWORX Mokena....

I am the type of person that hates to be hot! I was a little apprehensive about joining because of the heat, but I just can’t get enough. Yes it’s hot but it’s not like a regular sauna, and after completing a workout, I feel amazing! You just have to experience it. I love the workouts.
