Burger King — Restaurant in Mokena

Updated 12/5/21 So at this point it's really my fault for continuing to go here, I get that, but I'm still dumbfounded at how bad the service is.

We pull up to the location and most of the lights are off, despite them not closing for over two hours. The only lights on in the entire building, including the parking lot street lights, are the menu and drive up window. The speaker on the drive through is too low to hear the person so I have to confirm the order when I get to the window. I order a whopper meal and an additional small fry. Guy tells me it's $14, I ask him if he's sure because that seems high, he assured me yes. I know inflation is up but even still, that's high. A few minutes later a different guy brings me my food, I ask for a receipt as he hands me the food, he tells me they are out of printer paper. There is printer paper visible in the window. The bag is also missing the additional fry, has to go back and get that.

We've gone here three times in which the computers or credit card machines weren't working and we weren't able to place orders. The staff also wasn't very pleasant about the matter any...

Worst staff with attitudes. I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:28 am, breakfast was on the digital menu board. When I was greeted, I ordered a large hash brown and egg/cheese croissant. I was told they moved on to lunch. I asked what time breakfast goes until, and the woman told me 10:30. I asked what time is it now? She said 10:28. I said the breakfast menu is still up, and it's not 10:30. She said lunch menu only. I pulled around to the window, and when I got her attention, she opened the glass, I asked the same questions... What time is it now? She again answered 10:28. When does breakfast end? 10:30 was the answer and she stared at me. Would 10:27 been ok to cook my order? 10:25? Is there a different way to fry hash browns vs....

On 7/14/2023, around 10:20 PM, I, decided to pass up burger king on 183rd St Tinley Park Il. I, then decided to go to burger king on 191st Mokena Il, around 10:30 PM. Before I was going to go to burger king I, checked what time they close on Google. I said indoors close at 11:00 PM, and drive thru at 12:00 AM. When I got in line in drive thru a voice came out of speaker yelling at me telling me kitchen in close and that Google got it wrong. I, then decided to give you guts another chance on 7/20/2023, and this time I, was told that they can only take cash due to credit card/debit card machine is down. This was the last draw for this location and will not be returning. I decided to go to the burger king in New Lenox and these workers...
