I want to start by saying Rob was a great help with loading and unloading and addressing my problems. I bought a stackable washer and dryer and after it got delivered the power supply to install your cord was damaged and missing screws I asked if they could swap this out which they were fine with but not until 5:30…so after I took it upon myself borrowed a truck and returned it myself. We brought the second one home and it worked fine up until the drain cycle than a bunch of water started spraying everywhere it turned out this washer had a huge tear on the drain hose..I do appreciate them purchasing a replacement hose but all that hassle could’ve been avoided completely. Dent and scratch appliance doesn’t mean extremely damaged needs fixing appliance EDIT: Update they were nice enough to refund me my delivery fee and replace the drain hose but it’s not going to cover much because the drain hose won’t work and i now have to special order one from GE themselves for $100 because NOWHERE in the qc carries the drain hose I need this washer and dryer has been giving me nothing but problems for days now i’m just about to say screw it and return it. still not happy with this...

I purchased several appliances from this location for a remodel project. Everything was stored carefully until ready for use. When we started to install the washer and dryer, it was evident that the dryer was used. I went to the store with photos of lint in the dryer filter and pipe connection material on the dryer. A knob fell off of the washer and a leveling leg was missing but we were able to fix that ourselves. With the first attempt to use the dryer, it was loud and obvious that the drum is scraping. I’ve been referred to a 1-800 number for GE repair. BUYER BEWARE: the signs in the store and claims on the website that their appliances are “new - never used” are not correct. Their claims of warranty and standing behind their product just mean they will give you a 1-800 phone number. Wish I could have...

Went in there to price compare. The gentleman he pointed me in the right direction, from his seat, after I asked if he had what I was looking for. Basically told me it's on the tags. I was looking to purchase a washer and dryer set cash. Prices were not discounted much at all from online searches. Maybe saves you $20-$30. Better deals elsewhere Not what I expected at all. No service at all when I was the only one in the store. As I was leaving, I told him I was price comparing and wasn't really sure what I was looking at. He then told me we can go down a little bit on some of them. We might be able to negotiate a small bit if you I found something you liked. After getting no service and the prices weren't much cheaper than prestine. I just left....
