You don't honor our military??? I have been to this location many times without an incident. But on Veterans day this week. I had been working out at the YMCA. While talking to another member there I mentioned that I had earned myself a treat He informed me that DQ was offering a free Blizzard to veterans. So I went there to inquire. The young man at the counter was friendly enough. But he did tell me that the manager of this location wasn't hiving anything away free. (Which is his right) But it did feel like a slap in the face to our military members, past and present. I left and stopped at the Silvis location. The staff there was very friendly. The manager offered me a Blizzard (any size) and thanked me for my service. As well as 2 other workers that thanked me as well. The most bizarre experience I’ve had at a fast food place. Pulled to order at drive through. Placed my order. Dead silence after I placed my order! 😂I waited to hear”your total is $, you can pull up to the window”. So I waited and waited and waited. Finally I heard you can pull up when you’re ready! Got to the window and the girl just looked at me!!! Not” that will be $” just a looked at me in silence again! Then, I had to tell her what I ordered at the window!!!! I guess there is no communication going on there, or were they not trained properly 🤷🏻‍♀️ who the heck knows? Plus, the person didn’t start making my sundae till he saw me. There was no other customers but me at that time! Never will I go there again! I can go to Culver’s or McDonald’s or whiteys!...

This location is horrible for many reasons. We would rather take the drive to another location farther away simply for the lack of quality and care at this place. The workers and owners seem they hate their job. The quality of ice cream is bad, and they don’t know how to make their recipes or simply the cones correctly. The ratio for a small was too large, and the ice cream tasted sour. As well, the my never make their sundaes, orange Julius, or coffee desserts right. They also never know how to count money there. I gave exact amount before and was just given a dollar right back. This falls upon the owners to take the time and care about training their employees correctly. Please take pride...
