O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Monroe Township

Do not trust this store. I had gone in and asked about a cabin filter for my car. They showed me it on the computer at $24 for pickup at 3pm. I asked if they would price match Walmart. The employee checked the Walmart website and said absolutely as it was showing $14.94 . So I had it ordered in for pickup. Came back later that day and was told by a different employee that since it was now not showing in stock at Walmart that they would no longer price match. I even told him earlier it showed but it didn't matter. So wasted my time. Luckily I learned how bad this store is before I had any major purchase so I know not to ever give them my business.

In short was lied to and then treated rudely. There are 4 other auto parts stores in Johnstown. Pick one...

I use O-Rileys most the time but last time in a week ago guy at counter was very unfriendly and quite frankly pissed me off with his attitude before I even told him what I needed. Anyway I wanted a set of brake pads that cost 43 bucks I was buying for someone else ask if he break a 100 emedietly he said no, so I went down the street 200 yards and bought them from Advanced auto they had no problem breaking a 100! What a great experience! I’m not the most knowledgeable person when working on cars and had problems trying to change the pads on my car brakes. Some seized bolts and a seized pin took we to O’Reilly’s where not only did I get some super suggestions from Matthew, but was also hooked up with the tools to finish the job.
