I guess they are not what they use to be. I took my stuff and left!!!!!!! I had another piece of jewelry for her to look at because she left one of my silver bars!!! So that was on her not me. It didn’t need to be taped back together if she didn’t break the container thank you. !!!!!You should really watch how you respond back to people you are a very nasty individual. I wish the original owner was still alive because I’m sure he would be disappointed with all of your behaviors....

We will never go there again. My wife had two rings enlarged there. They were not sized right and now were too big. They charged us again (full price) to make them how they should have been the first time. They lost a steady customer and I don’t think they care. Whether or not the store thinks it is my wife’s fault that the rings were sized too big, they made no attempt whatsoever to try to make my wife happy. They simply charged her 100% full price to size them again and made no effort to explain anything. I guess we were naïve to assume that the second sizing would at least be discounted since we just paid $120 an hour prior but again, NO ATTEMP WAS MADE to be personable...

Came in trying to get some information on a rare war nickel yesterday and had a terrible experience. My father said Frenchies was the place to go to get information on this sort of thing so I swung by to hopefully get some answers and purchase some things. I was treated very disrespectfully, immediately dismissed by the staff as someone not worth their time and have never felt so awkward , uncomfortable and unwelcome. The owner Brian did not acknowledge me nor did he comment on why I was there until the end of my visit where he made a comment or two from the back of the shop and couldn't even stand up to address me.
