It's the worst place ever to donate at. I've donated there three times these past few months. They're so unprofessional. Very rude and disrespectful to their donators. Well except their friends. If they know you youre in fast and out fast. When my husband went to donate the first time they forgot about him. We asked the lady what happened and when she came back her reply was they skipped over his name so come back tomorrow. I was so offended and upset I sat there and demanded them to see him. Especially since they skipped over him so casually and saw all of they're friends why not. Now they can't find his folder. Half the employees don't talk loud enough for you to hear them and when they brief you Everytime half of them seem drunk or high or so exhausted they slur they're words and you have to guess what they say and hope you guess right. They don't have a professional manner about them at all. I sit there and watch them walk around and cuss with they're friends and family. It's all pathetic up there. I hate going and sitting to wait to donate. When you get back there to donate they're rude. And don't take they're time. Ive had one lady poke me five times and dig around for a vein. I told her she was hurting me and i even offered to move to a different chair to use the other arm. She was rude and said no and jabbed me in the arm and now I have a bruise where she did it at. Today I've had enough. I will not be returning. This place needs to be shut down and reopened with people who are professional and know how to...

I have been here for hours and hours waiting to be signed up as a new donor. All I see are people behind the desk, laughing and cutting up, no one is working. Ive literally been here for almost 5 hours. They don't treat you like any other company treats a customer or a guest. No one has a name tag on so you have no clue who is who. They know your here because you need the money and therefore they do whatever they want, talk to you however they want and take how long they want because they know you'll stay..Which is A HORRIBLE way to run a business..You Never know, one day the tables will turn and they maybe on this side of it. I have donated here about 10 times now and all i have to say is the screening staff is lousy! Have fun waiting three hours to not even been seen by a phlebotomist. This place needs serious new management because they are lazy. The workers like to stand around and hoot and holler with a select few patients. You can't hear them call your name when you finally get to see one of the women who do the screening process.

However, once I've made it to the back with the phlebotomists I've had a great experience. They work hard and are very nice to all patients. They seem to be the back bone of the establishment and are the only reason I've kept returning to this...
