The Burger King on I65 south is the worse fast food restaurant that I have ever been witness to in my life. I've been going to this burger king for more yrs than I remember and it's different than any other. 1st when you pull to the menu to order you'll have to wait for them to ask for your order. Then you pay them and automatically are asked to pull forward even if no one is behind you. If it's busy you'll pull forward and they will wait until they have 3 cars pulled forward and bring out all 3 at the same time. So you'll wait for the 2 orders behind you to be made b4 you'll ever see yours. The waiting time is astronomical. Someone has managed this restaurant into the ground. Instead of teaching employees how to keep up with customers orders they've been taught to be lazy and unthoughtful. It's a shame that a great restaurant like burger king has management that only thinks of how not to keep pace and...
Read moreTwo stars ONLY because SOMETIMES (usually around dinner rush or right when regular menu starts in the mornings). Food’s usually cold and most of the workers aren’t very nice. My biggest gripe though... it is NOT 24 HOURS like it’s supposed to be. They close at 2AM (until 4, I think). False advertising! I wonder how the owner of that franchise feels about losing money because the workers are being lazy or because it closes when it is supposed to be open 24/7.... and boy, just imagine all the business they’re not getting considering the bars—most of which are right down the road from BK—close at 2AM in our town and the only other fast food joint open is their competitor, Whataburger....

The male employee working the speaker, a bigger guy whose name I don’t know, refused to hand me the Uber Eats order and told me to “get a real job.” He also said “The drive-thru isn’t for decoration” even though I was clearly there for a mobile pickup. He used strong language, including calling me the B word over the speaker.
This made me very uncomfortable — especially as a female driver. I’m out here working hard trying to earn money for college so Uber can help cover my tuition. Having to deal with that kind of treatment while doing my job was upsetting and...
