They did try to get rims for my vehicle!

However, taking 75% of initial $100 deposit as required for "special order" even though all they did was call their distributor. This was not mentioned at all and upon returning to the store, it was mentioned like an afterthought. RF #1.

The wheels arrived and I headed to have them installed, however, the rims did not fit my vehicle. They charged my card for the original quoted amount even with the deposit. They did not refund back to the card, and there were no products delivered to me that day. The following day I initiated a chargeback against them simply because I've never been paid for products/services not rendered. RF #2 and that is all I needed.

They appear to be neither willing to return my deposit, nor are they willing to order the correct rims at this point. Which has led me here to this review and I will, most definitely, post this review online everywhere I find them listed. Small claims court will resolve this problem.

I don't care if they got upset over the chargeback. They did not deliver a product that day and now they've taken the good old FU stance.

Jok, Shay, and the RAW techs are awesome! They all were very friendly and knowledgeable and provided me with all of the options so that I could make the best decision for my budget. I had a tire emergency late on Friday and needed to go out of town Saturday morning. I called Friday night, and Shay found what I needed and had me to come first thing in the morning. My issue turned out to be even more complicated than expected, and they were very helpful in educating me on every aspect. They fixed my problem in a very timely manner, and after listening to my concerns about other related issues, they offered even more helpful solutions. Ms. Dee was absolutely awesome to work with. From the get go, she went out of her way to find me exactly what I wanted, and then bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the price. Easiest person I've ever dealt with as far as wheels and tires go. About the only complaint I have, is I hate that I paid $200 for TPMS sensors, and didn't realize until I was home 2 hours away, that they weren't working with my truck.
