This facility is a complete disaster—poor management, unprofessional staff, lack of patient care, privacy violations, and absolutely no communication. The experience here has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. A clinic that has been running for 20 years should be able to provide better service, but clearly, that is not the case.

Thankfully, I’ve found a real doctor—one who actually cares about their patients and has a staff that knows how to do their job. Unlike this place, they don’t make excuses or blame former employees for their incompetence. They take responsibility and ensure that important documents are handled properly. They also have the basic decency to notify patients if an approval doesn’t go through or if an appointment needs to be canceled, rather than letting people waste their time driving all the way there just to be turned away. If you expect patients to call when they can’t make an appointment, then you should hold yourselves to the same standard. Facts are facts, and the way this clinic operates is unacceptable.

And the way you chose to respond to my concerns? That says everything I need to know about how little you actually care! If I can warn other veterans to avoid this place unless they have no other option, I absolutely will. No veteran—no person—should be treated the way I was at your front desk. Yes, I was upset, and rightfully so. But I’ve moved on, and I don’t miss your office for a second. My new provider and their staff treat me with respect. You don’t have to worry about me or my family—we will never step foot in your clinic again.

There are better facilities than this one in Monroe and West Monroe. Again, I strongly warn anyone even considering going to this clinic: go somewhere else. Value your TIME, your HEALTH, and your PRIVATE information —because as you can see, this place...

Dr. Valle and the staff at the Monroe location are amazing and so friendly. They make you so very comfortable and talk to you and help you understand what’s wrong and how they can help fix it. He knows what he is doing for sure! He assured me on my first visit he could help me fix my feet and he has and is continuing make that happen.

Dr. Jay with orthotics is very knowledgeable and very friendly.

The staff ladies are all so very friendly and call me by name after a few visit as I’m walking up to the desk! I know they have a list of patients and the times they are coming but being called by name puts you at ease!

I'll be happy to drive back to the VA in Shreveport. I'm sure they are probably good but unfortunately I wouldn't know. I waited months to even get in. He sent me to therapy, that was failure. They scheduled a follow up visit months after that, confirming with me by text and a call only to send me out because they didn't have an authorization from the VA. They wanted more insurance or I couldn't be seen. That's real nice since I took off work and drove over there for nothing. I'll go...
