Maurices — Local services in Monroe

Out of all the staff I have dealt with in this store there is one employee that is always very rude and difficult to work with. I am not sure of her name but I was in the store one time and ended up losing my keys. I quickly went back into the store after going out to my car to look for them… after multiple trips into the store to look for my lost keys this employee proceeded to tell me i can no longer come in the store because they count their customers. I was shocked as one of the other employees stopped what she had been doing to help me look for my lost keys. I will never go back to Maurices in Monroe, Wi which is unfortunate because the store manager is very friendly and helpful however I do not wish to deal with the rude...

Every single time I walk into the store im hounded about what im looking for or they try to pick out outfits for me. Dont get me wrong, thats nice and all but If dont ask for your help then i don't need it. Ive found things there that i like that are more simple before The one lady tried helping me find something not as girly/loud print which is nice but then the other lady comes over and picks out this outrageous printed blue dress as a joke because i dont care for girly loud printed things and walks off. I feel bad for saying i dont like that item but i didnt ask for their help in the first place. Never going back to this...

Looked at jeans, they didn't have my size in stock. I ordered them online in the store but I was paying with cash, when you do that I was unaware that I couldn't pay with cash. I told the lady I wouldn't be able to get them and instead of taking them off my bill, she paid with her card and I just paid her. What a beautiful soul this women has! Way to go above and beyond. I am truly amazed...
