Not sure why all the bad reviews for this location must be entitled people. I recently bought a new phone and was asking about the free phone deal and the guy broke it down very well explaining how I'd be paying more in the end. He did have me believing I needed a special cord the new faster charging cable without the normal USB end. I found out that was incorrect so I called us cellular and they gave me credit problem solved, imagine that and I didn't need to bash on them. I used to go to janesville but you better pack a lunch going to that store, it can be a long wait but monroe you're usually in right away. As far as someone saying they may switch providers omg lol you're not gonna find any better customer service believe that!!! Read moreWhat a horrible customer service experience. I had to wait a half hour just to see someone. My problem is that my Gmail icon does not show notifications when I get a new email. Right off the bat she was condescending. She told me in a condescending tone to press the Gmail app. The. She told me to press the I. When she saw my screen come up, she took my phone. She did things without even telling me what she was doing. Eventually she gave me back my phone. She said "it has to be one of your apps. I don't have the time to figure out which one it is. Not even a sorry. When I got in the car, I noticed that she had deleted at least 2 of my apps that I have had for years. One of them was an app that I use for alarms every day for reminders. I was beyond livid. She acted like she was doing me a favor for even looking at my phone. This was the store manager. They deleted a bunch of apps i didnt need and basically gave it a thorough makeover. Us cellular did not. I bought a new phone with a pile of apps i didnt need, want and some i wasnt sure of. Since this operated different i asked about it and first thing was we dont get into this. I thought you better service what you sell!!!
