If I could give ZERO stars I would. I originally went in for a brown/blonde balayage. This woman made it a brown/GREY/PURPLE/SILVER ugly mess. It was a disaster...nothing like I showed her. I was LIVID. so mad that I cried...no joke. So she was like we'll fix it....I told her forget the blonde since she clearly didn't know what she was doing...and told her let's go a MAROON/BURGENDY color...tell me why she made my hair VIOLET! i wish I was kidding but I'm not so by now you could imagine my frustrations...THE WOMAN HAD TO CALL HER DISTRUBITOR BECAUSE SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT!!! finally she did it with ABOTHER woman that came to help...so obviously my hair was beyond dead with all these colors right?? She tells me to call in a week for a conditioner treatment on her...HAH...when I called she hung up the phone and now ignores all calls. I don't know how this lady has a business... SHE'S HORRIBLE AT HAIR!!!! PEOPLE...DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN TOUCH YOUR HAIR!

Oh. And she messed up my haircut as well, it was so much shorter in the front and longer in the back...smh

Fui hacerme un maquillage y un peinado me atendio una chica llamada Rafaela le dije un maquillage para mi boda me dejo como para wallowing oscura y el peinado nada que ver con la foto que le Montreal que yo queria y los products que usan son de Mala calidad pero si para cobrar están bien Vivitas no se los recommended y para acabar cuando le dije que no me gusto me insulto diciendome que a mi me gustaba el maquillage como una teibolera imaginense que clase de mujeres tienes ahí yo pienso que si ella dice eso ws porque ella sabe de esos lugares y yo ni en encuenta ya saben de donde traen personas ? It's amazing she does my mom's hair and she cuts our hair honestly y'all should come here it's amazing service and she is...
