I will not return to 165 North Taco Bell. The food and service have been great until now! My cashier did not give me the right change. This review is not about money. Her laziness and speech are the issue.
"I am short on pennies, so I will only give you 45 cents."
What?! She works for a profitable company, but she can not ask her manager for help giving customers change. It appears that she is giving customers less than they are owed. This nonsense should get her fired. Not getting the two cents I was owed is fine, but shortchanging me because she is lazy is unacceptable.
Also, she and her coworker made fun of me for not contributing $1 to Taco Bell's fundraiser. The children thing. I usually use my debit card to round up when buying food. This time, I was counting my change for something I needed at the next-door store.
Being shortchanged and poor customer service disgust me. I hope that the manager at this business keeps a close eye on "Saria C" because karma has a way of catching up with people. The manager was unhelpful. She supported her staff. What a mess. If the staff hands you change, just keep an eye on it, or use a card to make your payment. They will take...

I pull to the speaker to get food, which is between a brick wall and behind the building There's a man sitting at the speaker with a sign that says he's homeless. That's not the problem. Him being at the speaker while I'm trying to give my order is a problem. Then the cashier tells me to hold. So I pull up to the window for my own safety and the manager says there's nothing she can do about it and they don't take orders at the window but she will do it this time. She barely walked to the window and as she makes it clear she could care less because as I'm explaining why I drove up she's walking away. I ask the front cashier what the manager name was he was working with, he lied to my face and said he didn't know so he doesn't know the name of the manager he's working with? I asked for the store manager name. He doesn't know that either.

FIRST off you enter the restaurant and aren't even greeted by anyone...SECOND you have to make your own order on a Kiosk screen..NO ONE to actually place your order for you..Well I finally get the order made after much confusion with the screen and have a seat and begin waiting...waiting..waiting..waiting...Yeah waiting..I get up and say something to an employee..Yeah sorry we are busy..I'm like Yeah right..NOBODY in the building except 1 other guy waiting..Drive thru busy..nope..at least not backed up..cars running through quickly...wait and wait some more..finally get the food almost 30 minutes later..So yeah..if you're in a hurry for this so called Fast Food place..DON'T Waste your time here..horrible service and very very very slow...Enough said..Enough with a rant..Absolutely...
