Blue Butterfly Art & Party Studio — Attraction in Monroe

My daughter said it all: Best Birthday Ever! I can't say enough great things about Blue Butterfly. We had attended a party here which is how we knew about it -- I think Blue Butterfly might be the best kept secret in Connecticut! My daughter had such a great experience that she immediately said she wanted to have her own party here. She chose the Ultimate Taylor Swift party and we couldn't have been happier. The party came with multiple activities including Make Your Own Stuffed Animal (she got to choose in advance which one she wanted everyone to make and she went with the elephant which was adorable). There was also a table to create "tour t-shirts" for the stuffed animal to wear. The kids all got to decorate a t-shirt with Taylor Swift stickers and other decorations. There was a table to make bedazzled sunglasses and to get face "painted" with gemstones. And of course we had to have a slime table too. Everything was so well organized. Even with all those activities it never felt chaotic. Charlene and her team were amazingly organized making sure all the kids' items stayed together and that any messes were quickly tidied up. The space was also very comfortable and included a great area with tables for adults to hang out (complete with coffee station!) and for babies to play. If I could give a million...

Hands down one of the best venues available for your kids birthday party! At no point was there any concern of mine that the party was not going well and that the kids were not having fun. As a parent, what else could you ask for?

The team at Blue Butterfly was extremely supportive, flexible, and professional from the very beginning. They offered a variety of themes and activities that we were able to choose from and even let us stretch outside the lines a bit.

Our two sons, 5 and 3, have their birthdays within one week of each other. Blue Butterfly accommodated a joint party for both of their classes, we had close to 25 kids there for the party. The 3 year olds activity was making their own stuffed animals, the 5 year olds did fun mad scientist activities. After the activity, they turned on the music and color changing lights for a dance party. We gathered around and all enjoyed cake after dancing. They were staffed adequately and able to keep both sets of kids engaged.

We are already planning to book Blue Butterfly again...

My daughter had her 5th birthday here and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was well organized, well controlled and straight up fun! Charlene was so helpful with the party planning process. Once we were there, Charlene and her assistant took over with the set up and managed the decorating, food set up and activity flow. It was so smooth. We chose the pet adoption party and all the kids had a blast!! We had 20 children and the space was very accommodating for all the kids and their parents. Ages ranged from 4-9, but I think even older kids would enjoy this type of party we selected. A dance party is included in the party package and it was a huge hit! The kids loved it!! I also liked that they have a little play area for kids who may not have the attention span to finish an activity so they can do something fun while they wait for the rest of the group to finish.
