Got 2 chains repaired (Cuban and rope). The Cuban was poorly repaired it broke again within 2 weeks. However, I didn’t complain because my charm is a bit heavy just took it as it wasn’t meant to be. Now the rope I got into an argument at the store picking it up because it wasn’t the original necklace I gave them they simply swapped them for something different. When I told the guy and showed him that the jeweler engraving / stamp is different he tried to argue, he then brought out the scale and the chain was not the same weight proving that the different engraving and weight this chain was obviously different (I could tell simply by the feel). He called the owner but then said there wasn’t anything they could do. Meanwhile I’ve already paid so I just chalked it up. Now the rope chain simply broke as I was walking out of work. Completely embarrassing, no charm, no anything just walking and it falls off my neck. I wouldn’t ever recommend getting something repaired here. They swapt my rope chain for a cheaper replacement and the chain that did get “fixed” broke on its own in a matter of weeks…. This place is super discriminatory and I don’t mess that they think because and I’m 19 years old that I can’t afford a nice watch and actually I have no college debt or any debt of any kind and I actually make a decent living as an engineer and supposedly they must think they can treat whoever they want horribly so they will be hearing from my lawyers and my parents lawyers and this ladies and gentlemen is a hate crime so do not shop here and don’t even walk by their store I don’t mess with jewelry stores that are discriminatory so spread this word as much as possible let’s make sure people know how horrible and how sickening this place is and plz plz plz do not support this place in any way and share this “HATE CRIME” with your friends and family and...

Horrible customer service. They don't stand behind their products at all, and show no empathy when you have an issue. Had my ring resized here right after getting it from them, and within 2 months I was missing 2 diamonds and the band completely broke. They refused to fix the band for free, but my fiance was told all cleanings and fixes were included in the warranty. How am I supposed to wear a ring that's supposed to last year and years, when it barely lasted 60 days? Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
