I brought in my new gaming laptop to be fixed because it repeatedly gets blue screen of death during certain games. You would think this would be a simple fix for apparent "experts" in the field, but they didn't even know what the blue screen of death was, I had to look up a picture online and show them.
They ended up running stress tests and diagnostics on the PC and found "nothing wrong with it". Of course I still got the blue screen of death afterwards. So in summary, they essentially took my PC for 5 days, fixed nothing, and tried to bill me for it.
