An amazing, extremely challenging class with Kelly that had the option of weights to exercises that already were incredibly fatiguing. Kelly clearly explained and/or demonstrated each transition, encouraged, motivated and kept an eye on our form. Will need to work towards being able to keep up with the exercises.
Another challenging class with encouraging, supportive coaching and instruction from Cait. It was not as daunting as I had thought. Looking forward to taking more classes in order to continue to improve and strengthen while going at my own pace.
Another killer class with Casey who provided clear explanations and demos of the exercises and kept an eye on our form and kept us motivated. Intense focus on the core, and with the Megaformer, so many possibilities for a full body workout that fatigues the muscles especially with the technique of full range of motion to pulsing and then returning to full range of motion. Will continue attending classes and trying to get stronger.
Another great butt-kicking class focused on using the back of the megaformer. There are so many different exercise options on this machine with creative instruction from Joe. Challenges me to work harder to be able to successfully execute the series of exercises in this 45 min intense workout.
Joe's fast paced, no nonsense class kicked my butt. It was a great intimate class of 3 where all levels were welcome and supported. Joe ensured proper form, provided detailed explanations of the movement and assisted with equipment as needed. I learned several more exercises possible with the megaformer. Though it seemed even more intense than my first extremely challenging experience, I worked out at my own level and followed/watched the other students when I was lost. Looking forward to my next challenging class. Cannot wait to see improvement when trying to keep up with this 45 minute intense comprehensive full body workout.
Amazing first experience at Corefire with Caitlin as the instructor. The class was extremely challenging, but only at your own level of comfort since there were modifications available and assistance and other students to watch for the movement. With a combo of muscle-quivering springs, pulleys and hang straps the machine is the key component in the most demanding workout I have ever experienced!
Itās tough, but thatās a good thing!
The instructors are all amazing! Can not say enough good things about them. Professional, enthusiastic and friendly. They are all trained to talk through each exercise in such detail so you donāt have to look up, allowing for quick transitions to keep your heart rate up for the entire class.
