Wonderful session with Ashley with an overall increase in flexibility, relaxation and loosening focusing on the areas that really needed some special attention - my hips. Every amazing session delves more deeply into my needs.

Great session with Ashley. Definitely feel more relaxed and less tense, and much looser which will help me recover from my challenging Corefire class right before my stretch session. Looking forward to my next session.

Amazing session with Celena, my coach. Great experience just relaxing and following the instructions of my coach to help me breath deeply in order to deepen/get the most out of a stretch. Really enjoyed the assisted/guided stretch to release tension. My sister always enjoys and benefits from her sessions with Ashley who helps her increase her range of motion and reduce her stiffness. Where do I begin? I have a few ailments that I’m dealing with, from having bi lateral knee replacement to a fractured ankle and MS. I booked a free 30 minute session at Kika studios to see what it was all about. After my stretch with Dario, I bought a 3 month membership plan. I’ve never felt so good in a long time. I give kudos to my instructor Dario, he’s the truth. I’ve challenged him to no end. He has come up with creative ways to give me the absolute best stretch without getting on the floor. I truly appreciate him for challenging me as well, he has build up my confidence in walking without my cane. He gives me homework to help strengthen my quadriceps in order to help strengthen my knees to walk better. I’ve been stretching with Dario for a month. In my last session, under Dario’s direction I was able to get down on the floor and up from the floor. Since my knee replacement, I’ve never been able to get down and up from the floor. That was the ultimate stretch ever....

Horrible customer service and communication skills! From the franchisee to the Founder! Unhelpful. Unapologetic. Terrible experience and company! Avoid at all costs! The franchise in Nevada closed down without notifying their customers! Was told they were having "AC issues" and would be contacting soon. NOPE! They decided to close down all together, not tell their customers, not refund any money for the prepaid sessions. I had left some of my personal property after my last session, immediately called them and they said that they would hold it for me. Then they closed! They then responded saying that they would mail or personally bring my property back to me. They lied again! They have stolen my property. Stolen my money.
