Initially my kids were excited ro try this place out. I have to say as a person who loves to play claw machines her whole life these claw machines are definitely rigged to lose. Yeah, most claw machines are loose so items fall but out of 5 different machines that caught something, all fell. Then my son played the game with cards that drop into the slot . The game requires you to push down a switch at the right moment. My son played it 6 times. On the 7th time he had made it and the stick the pushes down on the knob slipped right off the knob to the side. When I told the employees what happened they just kept repeating, "It has to be pushed down" Well obviously but how is it supposed to push it down if it slips right off when it starts to press!? Needless to say I didn't expect to win going in but to win and have the machine rig it is...

Very bad experience the manager I believe always just sits in the back and not really helpful I believe his name Rob very mean not trying to help win prizes and when I ask one of the girl employee they give me that scared stare like they want to help move the pushie, but the manager probably told them something else not cool at all very disappointed I got told this place is family friendly guess that’s a lie and I see that a bad review I agree with this place need to fix their attitude and be more friendly with customers since my little kid never got a single prize and the employees didn’t help at all so bad all he wanted was the small Mario pushie from the mini claw machine he was very upset and...

Such a fun little arcade! Tons of cute crane prizes, if it's your first time there the game attendant will guide you on how to purchase a reload game card and how to play the claw machines, the touch screen will show you different options in pricing and amount of credits once your set you just tap the crane game and get started winning!!
